organisational effectiveness review


Organisations can be busy delivering services and activities, but sometimes it’s good to take a step away and to look at whether you are working in the best way to ensure effectiveness and sustainability.

This review, which draws from business and psychological research and systems thinking, will help you to identify your strengths, areas for improvement, and to develop specific actions that you can take.  It will involve people from across your organisation and consider how you include the voices of beneficiaries and other stakeholders in your development.



Via a self assessment and individual or group interviews with members of your staff we will:

  • Undertake an assessment of your organisation in areas research shows are important to effectiveness such as skills and knowledge of people, systems to make good use of resources, planning, progress towards meeting organisational aims, sustainable income, stakeholder engagement, understanding users needs and links to networks and other bodies.
  • Discuss the findings and work with you to agree an action plan to identify changes and improvements to your organisation and give you ideas about how to implement these.


What you will get

Online organisational effectiveness review implemented across your organisation, up to a day of discussions with people within your organisation, a report of findings and recommendations and a follow up session to agree an action plan and how to implement it.
