PRINCIPLES

Our principles

Our principles inform the way we work with clients, so it is important that you feel a fit with any company or consultants that you work with. These are our principles and we are happy to discuss them in more detail with you

01 Value

We only take on work where we feel we can add value to your organisation, people or partnership and where we have the skills and capacity to do so

02  Staging

Where appropriate we break the work into stages, so that you can decide next steps based on work already done.

03  Skilling

We work towards giving you skills and resources to be able to continue the work yourselves wherever possible

04  Involving

We believe that to get the best outcomes it is important to involve as many stakeholders in the process as possible, this can include volunteers, trustees, staff, elected officials, service users, the wider community, other organisations etc

05  Participating

We have a range of methods and tools that enable participation in decisions from everyone, whatever their style of working, making collective agreement easier and more inclusive

06  Equality

We ensure that equality and diversity is built into our work, so that everything we do is inclusive, specifically seeking the views of minority or disadvantaged people as needed

07  Performing

We believe that people want to do their best and to do what they are good at and that it’s important to set up an environment where this is possible

08  Collaborating

We believe that how you do things can be as important as what you do, so as well as focusing on achieving your goals we will also look at how you can work together more effectively, the values that you hold and the culture of your group
