Improve and simplify the quality of your outcome and impact measurement and demonstration of needs though understanding what national wellbeing measures and benchmarking information exists and how you can use it.

Participants will receive a template impact measurement framework and develop knowledge and skills to tailor it for your organisation. You will need a basic understanding of what outcomes are for this course, although we will cover this briefly at the beginning.

- Identify what outcomes and impact are most important to measure in your organisation and why.
- Consider how indicators can fit within organisation’s your strategy, Theory of Change or other logic models.
- Consider issues in measurement such as reliability, validity and attribution.
- Understand what indicators are available, match some to your intended outcomes, and consider how you can benchmark your results.
- Learn about good survey design and how to overcome practical challenges with implementation.
- Consider how to collect, store and analyse the information you get.
