All of our services can be delivered through consultancy, training and workshops or coaching and mentoring.

FUNDING AND INCOME GENERATION

Over the past four years Ideas to Impact has helped organisations to win nearly £18m of funding. This includes tenders, Big Lottery Fund applications and large consortium bids.

We can:
  • Design services and write tenders.
  • Develop consortium and partnership bids, including designing decision-making processes and developing supply chains.
  • Write grant applications, particularly for larger amounts.
  • Provide good practice ideas and help develop policies and systems.

EVALUATION, IMPACT ASSESSMENT AND SOCIAL RETURN ON INVESTMENT

Helping you to do it yourself or undertaking the whole process.

We can:
  • Undertake a social return on investment analysis
  • Set up impact measurement including advice about external resources and scales
  • Evaluation using a range of qualitative and quantitative methodologies
  • Consult with beneficiaries, partners and other stakeholders
  • Undertake literature reviews using national and local statistics and published studies to develop your services and provide evidence for funders
