THE PRODUCTIVITY PROJECT
Designed for busy people who feel they could achieve more or be happier
through greater insights and attention to how their time is spent.
Do the important things get neglected in favour of day-to-day issues or other people’s priorities?
Do you get to the end of the day not really sure you’ve achieved anything?
Do you struggle to manage email and interruptions?
The Productivity Project combines evidence and insights from management and leadership, organisational development, psychology and neuroscience to help improve personal and organisational productivity through training and workshops, coaching, organisational and team audits and online resources.
We help individuals and organisations through five steps:
READ THE PRODUCTIVITY PROJECT BLOG

By the end of the workshop you will have identified:
- What research tells us about how to work effectively
- Setting achievable goals and priorities
- Your ideal day and week
- Time stealers and how to avoid them
- Personal strategies depending on your personality type and preferences
- Procrastination – how to avoid it and when it can benefit you
- How to and why develop habits and routines
- The role of managing your wellbeing in productivity.
The course can be tailored to meet specific needs and can be run to focus on team effectiveness.
